Who makes it

MintLayer is run by Max Lloyd, a UK sole trader. It's a small independent operation — not a law firm, not Stripe, and not affiliated with any card network. • Educational, not legal advice. Everything here is organisational guidance; verify your own compliance position.
• Limits stated, not buried. The kit is templates and workflow, not a legal service — we say so on every page.
• Never submit false information to Stripe or anyone else. Our tools are for organising truthful evidence only.
• Corrections welcome. If a guide is out of date or wrong, email us and we'll fix it.
