Chargeback evidence checklist for SaaS founders

SaaS disputes often involve subscriptions, access logs, and policy terms spread across tools. This checklist helps founders verify each evidence category before uploading to Stripe. Educational only — not legal advice. A complete checklist improves organization; outcomes depend on card network review and are not guaranteed.

Before you start

Confirm dispute reason, due date, and owner. Open a case folder per our evidence folder guide and spreadsheet tracking guide.

Organize dispute evidence with a repeatable toolkit

SaaS-oriented checklists in the evidence kit map to the categories below — use them as a starting point in your own accounts. Educational toolkit only.

Not legal advice. Templates support documentation only. Dispute outcomes depend on your case and Stripe or card network review.
